Learn how to apply the benefits of the 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease to your life! Each of the exercises focuses on a different anti-aging technique (joint mobility, spinal flexibility, balance, confidence) and is designed to be practiced in a chair. They consist of movements that are natural and organic. Each class will focus on 7 of the 21 tools.
