The practice of vinyasa builds on the foundations of yoga and incorporates a more invigorating approach by connecting movement to breath and building a little heat. Practitioners will have the opportunity to choose the level with which they engage the practice under the guidance of the instructor. Some prior yoga experience is required. You are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat; however, one will be provided for you to use during the class if needed.
