If you have trouble getting down to the mat, sit at a desk all day, or just want to deepen your practice, then chair yoga is for you! Instructor Marti Anne will guide you through an hour-long session where you’ll learn several ways to participate in yoga while seated or standing by a chair. You’ll also learn how to synchronize your moves with your breath. No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this class, although seasoned yogis are also welcome.
