Join yoga instructor Marti Anne for Yoga for a Happy Back. This class is designed to cultivate optimal spinal health and comfort as well as alleviate back pain and other spinal issues. Alignment-based yoga postures are taught to create stability and space in the hips and spine, as well as relieve tension in the upper back, neck, and shoulders. All levels are welcome. You’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat; however, one will be provided for you to use during the class if needed.
